Eat Smart

Stopped eating meat. Physical and Mental health is what I receive.
We eat the foods the Europeans
devour, which usually turns sour
past the first half-hour.
Read and you should find the words I
scribble are true. People eating
what's not good for you. Trying
to battle a disease and still
eating meat you feeding it.
Some people ask how can you
survive? I say how can you survive
eating it? They laugh cause its
true. The doctors and nurses
won't tell you the truth.
They want you to stay in the hospital,
more money for them from you.
All you gotta do is remember one rule
don't do your body cruel
